ELA Global Trade is the international export division of ELA Asset Management, headquartered in the Chicago metropolitan area. We specialize in the export-only disposition of premium U.S. commercial surplus — diverting quality goods from waste streams into global wholesale markets.
Our inventory comes through established sustainability and diversion programs with major U.S. retailers. Every transaction is structured with NDA-protected relationships, brand-compliant disposition agreements, and full chain-of-custody documentation.
We are not a thrift broker. We move container-load volumes of Grade-A, never-sold commercial goods to qualified international buyers.

Process
Submit an RFQ with your target volume, destination, and company details. We verify export eligibility and denied party screening.
Receive a detailed inventory manifest with product mix, weights, and per-container pricing. FOB Chicago or CIF to your destination.
Execute export-only disposition agreement. We accept wire transfer, escrow, and confirmed Letters of Credit from established banks.
Goods are palletized and loaded into 40ft HC containers at our Chicago-area facility. Full export documentation prepared.
AES/EEI filing, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and all required export compliance documents handled by our licensed partners.
Track your shipment door-to-port or door-to-door. Delivery confirmation and chain of custody documentation provided.
